【中文摘要】面对竞争趋于白热化的21世纪,信息化对于制造企业的重要性不言而喻。如何掌握及时准确的信息,结合有限的企业资源迅速地做出决策,是目前很多制造企业急需解决的问题之一。企业资源计划(Enterprise ResourcePlanning,ERP)结合现代管理思想和信息技术,为全面提高企业竞争力提供了一种有效的解决方案。BOM作为生产管理系统的核心基础数据,是生产和物料控制的基础,是实现企业信息、功能和过程集成的关键信息,在企业管理中占有举足轻重的地位,对其管理的成功与否直接关系到系统的成败。所以,研究并开发ERP的BOM管理技术具有非常重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文以惠普入门级服务器主板开发设计项目为研究对象,设计出了ERP系统中的BOM管理系统。其主要工作如下:1.在分析了当前ERP系统现状和发展趋势的基础上,利用ASP.NET开发平台构建基于Web的ERP物料清单(BOM)管理系统框架。2.对BOM管理原理进行了研究,结合项目的实际情况,进行了系统的需求分析,设计出了ERP的BOM管理系统数据流程和具体功能,并对这些功能进行了详细设计。3.应用SQL Server 2005企业级数据库设...更多计出了基于Web的BOM管理系统。4.开发的BOM管理系统达到了预期的运行效果,运行效果表明:系统具有设计合理、人机界面友好、操作便捷、易于维护等优点。http://www.dxlww.net 代写论文网
【英文摘要】 Facing the increasingly white-hot competition in the 21st century,the importance of informationization is self-evident for manufacturing companies. How to make decisions effectively by accurate and timely information and the limited resources,is one of main problems for enterprises.Combining with modern management thinking and information thchnology,ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) provides an effective solution for improving the competitiveness of enterprises.As the basic and kernel data in production management system,BOM(Bill of material) plays a vital role in the process of information integration and function integration.Also,BOM has a critical effect in business administration and the way of using it determines whether success or failure in the ERP system.So it is of great theoretical and practical significance to research and develop BOM management system in ERP.This paper chooses the project of HP's entry-level server motherboard design as the research object and design BOM ma...nagement system in ERP system.The contents are as follows:1.On the basis of analyzing the present conditions and trends of ERP,this paper designs Web-based BOM management system structure in ERP by ASP.NET.2.The principle of BOM management is studied.According to the practical situation of the project,the requirement analysis,the data stream and fucntion modules of the system are completed.Then,the function modules are developed in detail.3.The database system of BOM management system is designed in virtue of SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Manage Console.4.The system reaches anticipative.The implement of the system proves that it's rational designed and able to be operated conveniently and maintained easily,with a friendly human-machine interface.
