基于单PC机的轮机仿实体解的研讨和实现

【Abstract】MarineEngineRoomSimulatorisoneofnecessaryequipmentsformodernnavigationeducation,whichisplacedintherankofevaluateditemsbytheMaritimeAffairsBureauofChinaaccordingtoSTCW78/95ConventionthatwascomeintoeffectonFebruary1st,1997.ThemodelingandsimulationofMarineEngineRoomSimulationSystem,basedononlyonePC,aresystemicallyinvestigatedinthisthesis.Themainresearchworkofthis***isillustratedasfollows:Firstly,mathematicalmodeloflargeTwo-StrokeMarineDieselEngineisestablishedbyanalyticalequationmethod,quasisteadystatemethodandmodifymethodofmodifyingexperimentaldata.SoftwareprogrammingofcalculationofmathematicalmodelisachievedwithVC 6.0.Andsteady-stateanddynamicsimulationresultsofthedieselenginearegiveninthis***.Secondly,basedonthemodularizedmodelingmethod,asimulationmodelofFixed-pitchpropellerpropulsionplantanditscontrolsystem(AutoChief4)isestablished.SimulationresultsofdifferentworkingconditionsofthedieselengineareshowedbythesoftwarewhichisprogrammedwithVC 6.0.Byusingrelatedtheoriesofthermomechanicsandengineeringfluidmechanics,this***establishesthemodelsofcompressairsystem,coolingwatersystem,fuelandlubricationoilpurificationsystem,lubricationoilsystem,etc.Andthe***goesfurthertodiscussthemodelingmethodsofpumps,heatingexchangers,aircompressors,gasbottles,triplevalvesandadjustingvalvesindetails.Finally,basedonthemodularizedmodelingmethod,human-computersimulationvisualinte***cesoffixed-pitchpropellerpropulsionplant,itscontrolsystemandotherauxiliarysystemsaredesignedinVC 6.0integrateddevelopmentenvironment.AllsimulationsystemsofMERSareintegratedintothesamesimulationenvironment.AndaPC-basedsimulationsystemofthedieselengineisalsodesignedanddevelopedbyusingsingledocument/singleviewmethodinVisualC .Thissystemisoneoftheimportantpartsofmarineengineoperationtraining.Ithasadvantagesoflowerinvestment,lessspaceoccupied,lowerrequirementofsystemconfiguration,moreclearsystemstructure,easiertoinstallanduse.Thesimulationsystemcanbeusedasoneoftheimportantcomplementarities,whichissuitableforthecrewtobefamiliarwiththeoperationofthesystem,tocomprehendallthesystemsofthedieselengine,tocompletetherelatedknowledgetraining.
